We encourage all NOLCC members to be part of our Connect Group for the following reasons:
1. We value Connect Groups because the scriptures value them and the early church met in them.
2. We value Connect Groups because meaningful relational and genuine friendships are fostered best in Connect Groups.
3. Connect Groups give everyone the opportunity to connect meaningfully with others.
4. The larger our church grows, the more important Connect Groups become to facilitate basic pastoral care functions.
5. Connect Groups provide the personal touch and support we all need.
For these reasons, going forward, one of the expectations at NOLCC is that those who call NOLCC home, make a commitment to the community.
